lol u can see i made this in a hurry

I was just minding my own business, watching a dragon ball rerun featuring the fight between goku and the team of Jheese and Butta and i started thinking: that Jheese guy kind of looks cool, so i decided to draw him

The pectorial region looks weird, so does the neck and i didn't even clean the hair properly (because i'm a lazy bum) but i guess it didn't turn out half bad
